Advil PM
Advil PM is the NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) Ibuprofen with the added effect of Diphenhydramine to help you sleep better. It’s commonly used for the relief of mild pains when related to occasional sleeplessness. Do not use Ibuprofen for a long period, if you have a history of severe CAD (coronary artery disease) or right before or after heart surgery, peptic ulcer, rectal bleeding, nasal polyps, acute renal insufficiency, anticoagulant, allergy to aspirin, acute neurologic deficit if you have used any MAO inhibitor in the past 14 days, in a child under 4 years of age and/or if you are in your 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Never take dosages greater than 800mg or a total daily dose greater than 3200mg. Concomitant use of alcohol should also be avoided. If you have demonstrated an allergy to aspirin you are more prone to a severe allergic reaction and 1% to progress to an anaphylactic Shock.
